Chatham History Plaques
On the occasion of Chatham's 300th Anniversary in 2012, the Tercentennial Planning Committee created 13 informational signs, which are located at eleven historic sites in Chatham. These were a major addition to an existing set of plaques around town. All the plaques are listed below.
